This song is called 2nd wind... 
God breathed into man the breath of life and he became a living soul. Then there was a time that the disciples were shut-up in the upper room. Jesus had been crucified but he had stated that he would meet them in Galilee. And behold one day while they are waiting (in fear) even being pursued by the Romans - not knowing what is going to happen to them...they are tired and distressed but Jesus comes through the locked doors (they had closed) with power...He breathes on them...but this time it is the second breath, wind of God, his spirit which gives them power to cast out devils, to tread over the enemy.

When a runner catches their stride, he/she catches a second wind to be able to finish the race. God wants us to catch a second wind so we can fulfill our destiny- finish the course- run the race that is set before us! So, we ask for a 2nd wind!
